Port Crossing Commerce Center will ultimately encompass nearly 4,000,000 square feet of innovative industrial space with multiple building configurations, built using all masonry construction with extended clear heights and truck aprons, all set in a planned environment dedicated to optimizing logistics.
When complete, tenants will be able to take advantage of a direct rail connection to both the Barbours Cut and Bayport container terminals on the Union Pacific main line, minimizing travel time between the port and point of initial distribution. A 22-track rail yard, designed to support over 900 rail cars, extra long truck aprons, extended warehouse clear heights and planned traffic circulation, combine to facilitate the movement of goods into and out of the park, as well as providing the ability for all tenants to transload cargo onto and off of Rail Cars and Trucks.
Space is available in both rail served and cross-dock building configurations for tenants requiring up to 500,000 square feet. Build to Suit opportunities are available.
